Seller & contact

Please email before returning a parcel; we will provide the correct return address. The registered office is for business correspondence.
Ordering & delivery
We sell our standard EIPAW and UBISAP designs in the sizes and colours shown. Printful makes and ships each item to order. Product images are Printful mockups; small print and colour variations can occur. Check the garment measurements before ordering. Orders are for UK delivery only. Prices are in GBP and include any taxes we charge. The delivery charge and total are shown before payment. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never receive your card number. Usually allow 7–15 working days from payment to delivery, including production. This is an estimate. If we cannot fulfil an order or expect a significant delay, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or refund. We aim to deliver within 30 days unless another time is agreed. Orders may arrive in separate parcels.
Cancellation & returns
You can cancel before delivery or tell us within 14 days after receiving your order that you wish to cancel, without giving a reason. For a split order, the 14 days run from receipt of the last item. Email hello@eipaw.com with your order reference and your decision to cancel. Our standard designs being made to order does not remove this right. After telling us, return the goods within a further 14 days. Please contact us for the correct return address. You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return. You may inspect and try on the clothing as you would in a shop; we may reduce a refund for loss in value caused by handling beyond that. For a cancelled whole order, we refund the item price and the original standard delivery charge. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence that you sent them, whichever is earlier. We do not charge a cancellation fee. For faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect goods, email us with your order reference and a description or photograph if possible. We will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund and cover necessary return costs. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Privacy
EIPAW Limited is responsible for your shop information. Your bag is saved in local storage in your browser. The email entered in your bag is used for checkout and receipts and is not saved in browser storage. We do not use advertising analytics. Stripe processes payments and holds your checkout contact and payment information. Printful receives the contact and delivery details needed to make and ship your clothing. Our Vercel-hosted shop uses Neon to store order contents, payment and supplier references, totals and the terms supplied with your order. It does not store card numbers or a copy of your delivery address. Hosting providers process technical request data to operate the service. We use information to process your order, provide support and meet accounting/legal obligations. We do not add you to a marketing list. We keep records only as long as needed for those purposes.
